Pictured is Rayven Sample (left) and Cassadaga Valley Athletic Director Todd Fryberger. Sample was recently awarded the second annual “Be the Change Award” given by the Chautauqua Cattaraugus Athletic Association. This award is given to an athlete, coach, or community member who has made a difference through their involvement in sports. Rayven has proven to be a positive role model through his efforts and accomplishments on the soccer field and the track. This was given out at the 12th Annual Sportsmanship Symposium at Frewsburg High School.
