Dunkirk boys swimming falls to Bears
The Dunkirk/Westfield boys swimming team opened their season on Thursday, falling to Frewsburg 129-37 at Dunkirk High School.
Despite the tough night, the Dunkirk 200 yard freestyle relay team comprised of Steven Zentz, Owen Bates, Josiah Cox and Peyton Ahlstrom took first with a time of 1:48.77.
Dunkirk/Westfield will return to action on Tuesday when the host Fredonia.
