Dunkirk’s Mason Schrantz, 9, (right) was taken out Christmas shopping by Buffalo Bills safety Jordan Poyer (21) at Target earlier this week. Schrantz was diagnosed with Stage IV Lymphoma a year ago this week. He is a patient at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, as well as John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital. Schrantz is still undergoing chemo treatment but has been declared cancer-free. He was also chosen by Roswell to light the Christmas tree.
