Dunkirk bowling teams sweep Chautauqua Lake

The Dunkirk Lady Marauders continue to roll over the competition this season, as they took down Chautauqua Lake 4-0 on the lanes on Friday night.
Dunkirk’s line of 777-769-756 with a total of 2302 was almost enough to double Chautauqua Lake’s line of 460-426-496, which totaled 1382.
The leading bowlers for the Lady Marauders were Summer Clark with a line of 149-200-177, totaling 526, Rachel Glowniak with a line of 194-151-176 totaling 521, Mariah Glowniak with a line of 170-149-168 totaling 487 and Tayler Skelly with a line of 142-158-154 for a total of 454.
Chautauqua Lake was led by Kaylee Beauje’s 311 series.
The Dunkirk girls improve to 12-0, while Chautauqua Lake drops to 0-16.

The Dunkirk Marauders swept the Chautauqua Lake Thunderbirds in four games on Friday night, winning with a line of 923-825-783, for a winning total of 2531. Chautauqua Lake was able to muster a 515-475-420 line for a total of 1419 in the loss.
Dunkirk’s Trevor Skelly led the way with a 209-192-236, ending with a 637 series, while Mathew Wolozyn finished with a 185-175-157 line for a 517 series. Clayton Bajdas – added a 482 Series while Jared Kibbe had a high game of 209.
Chautauqua Lake was led by Kris Snyder’s 332 series and Andrew Borland’s 329 series.
The Marauders even their record at 8-8 on the season, while Chautauqua Lake drops to 0-16.
Dunkirk’s next match is against Fredonia at Lucky Lanes on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
