Mayville man charged over drugs, alleged burglary
MAYVILLE — A village resident, after a report of a potential burglary, is facing a number of drug-related charges after an incident Tuesday.
Deputies were called to a location in the village of Mayville around 6:40 p.m.. Upon further investigation, deputies found Harry J. Radke, 43, inside of a residence without permission. Radke was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with second-degree burglary, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.
Radke is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment. Additional charges are pending.
