Dunkirk native and Dunkirk High School senior Peyton Ahlstrom signed his National Letter of Intent with Finger Lakes Community College to continue his academic and baseball careers on Saturday, Feb. 8 at the Finger Lakes Community College Athletic Center in Canandaigua, NY. Ahlstrom is a right-handed pitcher for the Marauders, who registered 54 innings pitched, 80 strikeouts and a 1.52 ERA for the Marauders in 2019 will begin to compete for the FLCC Lakers baseball program in the fall of 2020. Ahlstrom has also competed for DHS on the varsity boys swim and boys soccer teams and Ahlstrom’s senior season was his first year as a varsity football player. He is the son of Kory and Dana Ahlstrom, both of Dunkirk, who are also pictured.
