Infinity Gymnasts thrive at New York Cup

BINGHAMTON — Infinity Level 2 Gymnasts took three of the top four all-around spots to secure the 1st Place Team Award at the New York Cup Invitational in Binghamton, NY this past weekend. Delaney Kaiser (1st), Ayva Bohn (2nd) and Katelyn Wisniewski (4th) all landed on the podium in the Senior Division. In addition, Megan Ivory earned 3rd place All-Around in the Level 2 Junior B Division. Eliana Cross help her Level 3 team take 3rd place by receiving the 3rd place All-Around in the Senior Division, while the Level 4’s collected the 4th Place Team Award. Alana Cook, the only Level 5 to compete, was not eligible for a team award, but brought home an 8th place All-Around.

Many of the Infinity Gymnasts had outstanding performances during the meet. Mia Haase earned a 9.6 on floor, Ayva Bohn secured a 9.5 on beam and a 9.4 on floor, and Tiana Hough achieved a 9.4 on vault. The girls are just beginning their meet season and will continue to compete through State Championships in May.
