Delcamp lifts Fury to dramatic win

The Fury improved to 7-3 and maintained a hold of first place in the MGSL A Division with a thrilling 11-10 softball victory over the North Buffalo Wildcats under the lights at Promenschenkel Stadium.

Winning pitcher Anna Delcamp led the way with eight RBIs. Delcamp ripped a three-run home run, a double, and the game-winning single in the bottom of the sixth inning to help defeat the previously unbeaten Wildcats.

Catcher Ava Muck was stellar behind the plate with a triple and two singles. Naomi Muck chipped in with a clutch two-RBI single and McKenna Crawford had a solid night at the plate with two hits, two walks, and four runs scored. Crawford also stole three bases.

Aggressive baserunning helped the Fury overcome four different deficits in the game as McKella Hodkin and Katherine Proper stole two bases each in key moments of the game.
