Jamestown Bowling Company will be hosting the Holiday Sweepers on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. The entry fee will be $25 per bowler, USBC certified matches will start at 10 a.m. with scratch brakcets and jackpots available.

All bowlers will roll three games across six lanes, skipping a pair to the right. The top eight bowlers with handicap will bowl single elimination matches until a winner is determined.

Handicap is based on 80% of 220, using the highest average from the previous two seasons unless you are ten pins over for 21 games this season. If there is no average for the previous two season bowlers can use their average for this season if you have 21 or more games. If no sanctioned average is available bowlers must bowl scratch.

First prize will be $250, second $150, third and fourth $80, and fifth-eighth $40.
