BROCTON — Abbey Harrell, Madi Price and Eliza Dawes each had four kills for Maple Grove in a 25-11, 25-14, 25-8 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 West defeat of Brocton on Tuesday.

Erin Mansfield added 22 assists and three aces for the Red Dragons (12-5, 10-3).

Angie Rexford had two kills, three digs and two aces while Cassidy Glappa chipped in three digs and an ace for the Bulldogs (0-13, 0-13).

BLACK KNIGHTS TOP WARRIORS

SALAMANCA — Silver Creek beat Salamanca 25-15, 15-25, 26-24, 26-24 in East Division play.

The Black Knights improved to 4-12 overall and 4-9 in the league.

Jillian Rea led the Warriors (3-15, 0-14) with nine aces, three kills and 12 assists; Karina Crouse had five aces, three kills and two assists; and Lezly McComber added two kills and a block.

T’BIRDS REMAIN UNDEFEATED

MAYVILLE — Sydney Hawkins had three kills and five aces while Ella Woodis had four kills and three assists as Chautauqua Lake swept Forestville 25-13, 25-8, 25-3 in Division 2 West action.

Tatem Zemcik had two kills and five aces while Alex Reyda had a kill and four assists for the Thunderbirds (13-0, 13-0).

The Hornets fell to 4-11 overall and 3-10 in the league.

JAMESTOWN DOWNS FREDONIA

Jamestown improved to 8-5 following a 25-15, 25-20, 25-17 Division 1 West victory over Fredonia.

Cadance Main collected 14 kills and 11 digs; Hannah Grey added four aces and 21 assists; Nicole Carlson had three aces and 16 digs; and Rylie Loomis chipped in four aces, 10 kills and 10 digs.

Erin Schrantz had three aces, Lauren Sercu three kills and Sarah Davis 11 digs for Fredonia (2-11).
