Sam Murphy scored in the 67th minute to lead Fredonia over Olean 1-0 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association West Division play Tuesday at SUNY Fredonia.
Murphy's goal came off a throw-in from Lucas Hoffman for the Hillbillies, who outshot the Huskies (5-7-1, 3-3-1) 10-2.
Trevor Persch had five saves in goal for Fredonia (4-8-0, 3-3-0).
