ALLEGANY -- Sierra Jacques' goal in the 44th minute was Dunkirk's lone tally in a 5-1 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 West loss to Allegany-Limestone.
The Gators (4-2-0, 3-1-0) took a 3-0 lead into halftime. Janie Missel scored from Abby Peck, Cait Kellogg scored from Payton Fortuna and Peck tallied from Chessa Klice.
Jacques scored from Angelina Piede to make it 3-1 early in the second half, but Fortuna scored from Missel and Addie Fisher converted a Fortuna pass to close out the scoring.
Tayler Skelly made 16 saves for the Marauders (3-3-0, 0-2-0).
FREDONIA SUFFERS LEAGUE LOSS
OLEAN -- Jez Fayson's first-half goal held up as the winner as Olean edged Fredonia 1-0 in Division 1 West play.
Fayson's unassisted tally came in the 25th minute for the Huskies (3-3-0, 1-2-0), who received clean-sheet goalkeeping from Emma Edwards with seven saves.
The Hillbillies fell to 4-2-0 overall and 2-1-0 in the league.
