MAYVILLE — Hannah Group had seven kills and an ace while Jenna Waters had eight digs, four kills and three aces to lead Chautauqua Lake past Forestville 25-7, 25-10, 25-19 in Division 2 West play.

Ava Olson had 12 assists, five digs, two aces and two kills; Brynn Engdahl had seven digs and a kill; and Alex Reyda had five digs, three assists, two kills, an ace and a block for the Thunderbirds (8-0, 8-0).

The Hornets fell to 2-6 overall and 1-6 in the league.

Chautauqua Lake won the JV match.

PANTHERS SWEEP FREDONIA

Tori Unverdorben had eight kills and 12 digs while Lillian Bentley added 10 kills as Portville swept Fredonia 25-8, 25-10, 25-7 in Division 1 West action.

The Panthers improved to 9-0 overall and 8-0 in the league.

The Hillbillies fell to 2-8 overall and 1-7 in the league.
