Fredonia posts 25-2 victory over Westfield Little League

Tucker Shoup collected two hits including a triple and Tim Carle doubled to lead Fredonia over Westfield 25-2 on Saturday.

Max Luce, Greyson Whitfield and Brennan Hodkin combined for the win on the mound.

Trenton Smith had two hits, including a double, and two runs scored, while Huxley Hale added a single and three runs scored to lead Falconer past Gowanda 14-4 in four innings.

Noah Nelson had a single and two runs scored; Jayce Stewart, Dominic Rizzo and Chase Parmentier each had a single and a run scored; and Owen Carlberg added a single for Falconer.

Jacobi Davis had two hits, including a double, Mason Gernatt had a single and a run scored, and Curtis Williams, Luke Jones and Loki Satterfield each singled for Gowanda.

Rob Martin was 2 for 3 with a triple, two RBIs and three runs scored to lead Valley past Frewsburg 11-6.

Brayden Beichner added two hits, including a double, and two RBIs; Cooper Davis doubled, drove in two runs and scored two runs; and Caden Lacki doubled, drove in two runs and scored a run for Valley.

Curtis Spielman had two hits, drove in a run and scored a run, Jack Butzer doubled and scored a run, and Lincoln Moller tripled, drove in a run and scored a run for Frewsburg.

Dunkirk put together a team for the first time in years and won its first game of the tournament by a 15-2 mercy rule in the fourth inning.
