The field has been finalized for the upcoming Babe Ruth 13-15 World Series that will be held at Diethrick Park in Jamestown, New York.
Joining the host team in the 10-team field will be Beekman, New York; Opp, Alabama; Broomall, Pennsylvania; Norwalk, Connecticut; Portland, Oregon; Torrance, California; Greenville, North Carolina; Moorehead, Minnesota; and Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
The most familiar team other than the host team coming to Jamestown will be the team from Eau Claire. Nearly the entire team is back from the 2021 13-Year-Old World Series in Jamestown. Eau Claire won the Ohio Valley Regional last Saturday with a 15-0 victory over Huntington, West Virginia, in the championship game. Eau Claire dominated the tournament, going 3-0 in its bracket and outscoring opponents 29-0. Eau Claire then beat another team from Eau Claire 10-0 in the semifinals before its shutout of Huntington in the final.
Beekman will be the Mid-Atlantic Region representative after beating Broomall 6-4 in the championship game last Sunday in Milroy, Pennsylvania. Beekman went 2-1 in pool play, its only loss being an 8-7 defeat to Broomall. Beekman then beat Mifflin County 5-2 in the semifinals before topping Broomall in a rematch of their pool-play game.
With Jamestown hosting the tournament, the second-place team in the Mid-Atlantic Region also qualifies for the World Series. Broomall went 3-0 in its pool in Milroy, allowing just nine runs. In the tournament semifinals, Broomall beat Centre County 11-4, but then lost to Beekman in the final.
Norwalk will be representing the New England Region after a 2-0 shutout of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, in their championship game. Norwalk was one of three teams in its four-team pool to go 2-1 in pool play and advanced with the No. 3 seed. After beating Warwick, Rhode Island, 7-0 in the quarterfinals, Norwalk beat Braintree, Massachusetts, 5-1 in the semifinals.

After going 3-0 in pool play, Portland beat Calgary, Alberta, 10-2 in the semifinals before beating Centerfield Lookout Sandlot, the South Washington representative, 8-7 in the championship game.
Torrance ripped through its Pacific Southwest Region bracket by outscoring opponents 31-2 in four games. Torrance opened with a 15-0 shutout of Nevada before topping North California champion Bel-Mateo 8-1 in the quarterfinals. A 4-0 shutout of Central California’s Madera sent Torrance to the championship game where it beat Madera again, this time by a 4-1 score.
Greenville hosted and won the Southeast Region tournament with a 3-1 record in pool play before a pair of shutout victories in bracket play. Greenville beat Lakeside, Virginia; Greensville, Virginia; and Julington Creek of Northern Florida while losing to Sarasota of Southern Florida in pool play. As a No. 2 seed in bracket play, Greenville beat Julington Creek again, 2-0 in the semifinals, before topping Arlington, Virginia, 10-0 in the title game.
Moorehead became the final team to qualify for the World Series when it won the Midwest Plains Region on Sunday in Henning, Minnesota.
Opp won the Southwest Region, but no other information about that tournament was available online.
