Dunkirk’s scheduled Class B2 football game tonight against Burgard/Performing Arts at Riverside has been canceled, according to Section VI football chairman Jay Sirianni.

Sirianni said in an email Wednesday that, due to “low numbers and a rash of injuries,” Burgard/Performing Arts will no longer be able to compete this season.

The Marauders entered this week with a 1-2 overall record and 1-2 division mark. Burgard/Performing Arts (0-3, 0-2) had yet to win a game.
