Kozlowski rolls 684 set as Dunkirk edges Fredonia
Dunkirk defeated Fredonia 3-1 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association boys bowling at Lucky Lanes on Monday.
Robert Kozlowski led the Marauders (13-3) with a 257-201-226-684. Matt Woloszyn had a 190-225-563, Devin Farrington had a 233 game, Hans Lemiszko had a 199, and Zakary Clark had a 184-542.
Dunkirk had a linescore of 1,033-899-953-2,885.
Kyle Berkshire led the Hillbillies (13-7) with a 233-222-635. Brady Helmer had a 214-200-573 and Nate Manzella had a 189-187-543. Owen Rush added a 212. Fredonia had a linescore of 831-981-842-2,654.
Fredonia is at Jamestown Bowling Company on Wednesday against Southwestern.
In the girls match, Fredona prevailed 4-0, led by Leah Hinds Morrison with a 232-182-112-526 and Londyn Wilmot with a 166-182-127-475.
The Hillbillies’ linescore was 776-756-702-2,234 compared to 676-662-683-for the Marauders.
Leading the way for Dunkirk was Hayden Cerrie with a 177-176-182-535.
HORNETS SWEEP
Behind a 146-180-165-492 by Aydon Heim, the Forestville boys downed Chautauqua Lake 4-0 at Lucky Lanes.
Troy Muck added a 133-199-139-471 for the winners, who had a linescore of 770-815-746-2,331 compared to 524-581-609 for the Eagles.
Caleb Swanson paced Chautauqua Lake with a 156-397.
In the girls match, the Hornets prevailed 4-0.
Alexandra Kerstetter paced the winners, who had a linescore of 541-617-573-1,731, with a 224-186-552.
Leading the way for the Eagles was Alanna Delcamp with a 148-161-161-470. Chautauqua Lake’s linescore was 534-527-516-1,577.
BROCTON ROLLS
Led by Hailey Carlson’s 151-202-472, Brocton downed Westfield 4-0 at lucky Lanes.
The Bulldogs’ linescore was 709-744-621-2,074 compared to 576-611-501-1,688 for the Wolverines.
Grayson Mazza’s 189-461 paced Westfield.
JHS, CVCS SPLIT
Matthew Helwig smashed a 212-214-211-637 to lead Cassadaga Valley to a 4-0 victory over Jamestown at Lucky Lanes.
Jordan Swanson chipped in with a 178-181-483 for the Cougars, who had a linescore of 954-886-745-2,585 compared to 744-700-737-2,181 for the Red Raiders.
Jack Christensen fired a 170-199-168-537 to pace Jamestown.
In the girls match, Abbie Derby’s 188-268-579 helped the Red Raiders down the Cougars 4-0. Addison Cappalino chipped in a 170-169-171-510.
Jamestown’s linescore was 736-814-636-2,186 compared to 643-642-595-1,880 for Cassadaga Valley.
The Cougars were paced by Emma Nickerson with a 180-178-145-503.
