JAMESTOWN — The Falconer boys bowling team didn’t lose a single matchup all season long in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 action en route to claiming a league title. Having won the top division in the CCAA, Falconer was certainly one of the favorites heading into Tuesday’s County Roll-Offs at Jamestown Bowling Company.

The Golden Falcons did not disappoint in the CCAAs, rolling 970-990-1,166 games for a team series of 3,126. With Allegany-Limestone and Salamanca leading the way after two games, Falconer’s third game really pushed them ahead, outscoring the next team by over 100 pins.

Allegany-Limestone finished in second with a final scoreline of 997-1,047-1,032-3,076 and Salamanca rounded out the top three with 954-1,060-1,005-3,019.

Dunkirk came in fourth place with a scoreline of 879-1,027-1,082-2,988 and the Marauders joined the other top four teams with a top individual performer.

Dunkirk’s Robert Kozlowski rolled the High Individual Scratch Game, tossing a 256; while Falconer’s Erik Stenstrom rolled the High Individual Scratch Series, hitting the 655 mark. The High Individual Handicap Game was rolled by Salamanca’s Howard Crouse at 251 and the High Individual Handicap Series was recorded by Allegany-Limestone’s Milo Backus at 697.
