After competing at the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 300 meters for Falconer/Frewsburg/Randolph/Maple Grove, Randolph senior Talon Rowland moved on to the Nike Indoor National Championships at The Armory in New York City on Friday. Competing in the 400 meters in the Emerging Elite Division, Rowland raced to a personal-best time of 49.48 to reach the top of the podium.
