Silver Creek softball rolls North Collins 21-2
NORTH COLLINS — The Silver Creek softball team continued its strong start to the season with a 21-2 nonleague victory over North Collins on Saturday.
Rylee Weiskerger got things going for the Black Knights with a solo home run in the first at bat of the game. Stephanie VanCheri collected two hits for Silver Creek (3-0), while Priya Sakpal connected for a triple.
Maddie Blair earned the win for Silver Creek as she struck out 11.
North Collins (1-2) was led by Cate Ayers going 2 for 2 with a RBI.
