SOUTHERN TIER BABE RUTH GIRLS SOFTBALL

ROOKIES DIVISION

Panama’s Neil’s Propane took a 20-16 victory over Bemus Point’s Hall Law Firm.

Addyson Adam was 3 for 3 on offense for Bemus Point and her teammate Onna Warner played great defense.

Panama’s Isla Covey provided great plays getting three quick outs for the team. Willow James had a great hit bringing in multiple runs in the last inning.

Heathen Household Services defeated Neils propane.

Heathen’s Offensive Player of the game was Taylor Vullo and Defensive Player of the Game was Sofia Gilbert.

Neil’s was led by Offensive Player of the Game Aynsley Shamburg and Defensive Player of the Game Phoebe Walcott.

Neil’s Propane of Panama 10U beat South Dayton 12-7 on Sunday.

Fiona Sprovkin and Bella Covey stood out defensively for Panama.

Emma Buczek and Kennedy Young were the players of the game for South Dayton.

MAJORS DIVISION

South Dayton beat Panama’s Neil’s Propane 18-14.

Lakelyn Brisley led the offense for the Fillies going 4 for 4 and scoring all four times. Kendal Herman and Samara Irwin each singled twice.

Marlie Seekings scored twice and was Offensive Player of the Game, and Grace Munsee was stellar behind the plate for Defensive Player of the Game for Panama.

Jamestown’s El Greco defeated Cassadaga.

Karissa Ramos helped pick up the win on the mound with seven strikeouts. Kailyn Rigerman helped with three hits.

For Cassadaga, Maya Richner had two hits and Joey Crowell starred defensively.

LITTLE LEAGUE

MAJORS DIVISION

Bryan Heald hit two home runs and drove in seven runs as Frewsburg’s Storage Linc beat Bemus Point’s Great Lakes Tree Service 15-5 on Monday.

Heald drove in a run with a groundout in the first inning before a three-run inside-the-park home run in the third. Then, in the fifth inning, Heald hit a three-run home run down the left-field line at Ellery Town Park.

Jayden Wiggins hit an RBI double and Curtis Spielman also doubled for Storage Linc. Lincoln Moller, Jackson Butzer and Spielman combined for 11 strikeouts on the mound.

Brody Hricko had two hits, including a double, and drove in two runs for Great Lakes Tree Service.

Ashton Bushey doubled and drove in a pair of runs, while also striking out seven in three scoreless innings on the mound as Randolph’s Quatro Outdoors blanked Frewsburg’s Storage Linc 4-0.

Maverick Moore had two of Storage Linc’s five hits. Bryan Heald and Jackson Butzer combined for 14 strikeouts on the mound.
