FREDONIA – George Allesi and Mike Kurmis shared low scratch honors with 38s, one stroke ahead of both Rich Hofer and Frank Jagoda, during Utility League play July 9 at The Vineyards.

Frank Ippolito and Barry Kilpatrick had low-net scores of 31, followed by three players with 32s: Jagoda, Paul Pitz, and Harry Szewczyk. Hofer (No. 1), Kurmis (No. 5), Bob Patterson (No. 7), and Matt Hutchinson (No. 9) had untied birdies. Hutchinson’s birdie came after hitting his tee ball closest to the pin.

Mike Brown was closest on No. 5. Kurmis and Hutchinson increased their team lead to 7 points – up from 3.5 points – over the twosome of Bob Cunningham and Tom Hartung.

WESTFIELD — Ryan Lehman’s gross 36 and Brady Nusom’s net 28 paced the Thursday Night Men’s League at Pinehurst Golf Club.

Other gross scores were Steve Trippy 37, Chris Robson 37, Darien Swanson 37, Paul Bretz 38, Al Lehman 38, Jason Nusom 40, Lyndy Smith 40, Ryan Robson 41, Nate Thompson 41, Steve Wright 41 and Josh Warner 41.

CASSADAGA — Michelle Helmer’s 44 led the gross scores and Dory Johnson’s 31 led the net scores during the Wednesday Night Ladies League at Cassadaga Country Club.

Skins were earned by Michelle Helmer at No. 1, Janice Wintersteen at No. 2, Melissa Kelly at No. 5 and Debbie Michalak at No. 6.

Deb Ulrich made a chip-in at No. 8 and Michalak was closest to the pin at No. 6.

Allesi recorded scratch skins on No. 4 and Polechetti had handicap skins on No. 3.
