FREDONIA — The Friday Night Couple’s League at the Vineyards ended their season this past Friday.

George and Pam Allessi with Al and Patty Muck took first-place honors with a score of 32.

Coming in second place was the team of George and Pat Petrella and Jon and Julie Ortendahl scoring 34. Chris and Pricilla Penfold and Barry and Cathe Kilpatrick rounded out the top three teams with a score of 35.

George Allessi took honors with closest to the pin on No. 5.

The couples enjoyed a steak dinner at the course to close out the evening and season.

FREDONIA — Bob Manning led the A Division of the Monday Night Utility Golf League at the Vineyards Golf Course with a 35.

Bill Marsh and Gary Hazelton had 42s to lead the B Division.

Dave Criscione won an A Division skin at No. 1. In the B Division, Marsh earned a skin at No. 1 and Jaime Galarza earned one at No. 3.

Robert Calph was closest to the pin at No. 5 and Criscione was closest at No. 9.

WESTFIELD — Team 8 and Team 14 won their semifinal matches to advance to the final of the Thursday Night Men’s League at Pinehurst Golf Club.

Jon Coe Sr., Jason Nusom, Josh Eppinger and Josh Warner beat Gordy Jaynes, Jeff Jaynes, Rick Schroeder and Daryl Larson 22-10 to send Team 8 to the final.

Jim Ferrell, Doug Mason, Gerry Rogers and Rich Ressler beat Steve Trippy, Jason Jagoda, Joe Majkut and Chris Barrett 28.5-13.5 to send Team 14 to the final.

The championship and banquet will be this coming Thursday.
