Olean boys, girls top Dunkirk in track

OLEAN — Jabre-yah Brown and Jaeda Clark were double winners for the girls while Thomas Mackey was a triple winner for the boys as Olean swept Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association track & field meets from Dunkirk on Wednesday.

Brown captured the 100 meters (13.35) and triple jump (31-8) while Clark claimed the 100-meter hurdles (17.71) and 400-meter hurdles (1:16.58) as the Huskies won the girls meet 80-60.

Anahl DeJesus took the shot put (23-0) and discus (63-11) for Dunkirk.

In the boys meet, Mackey won the 100 meters (11.9), 200 meters (24.13) and 400 meters (55.24) as the Huskies won 83.5-57.5.

Also for Olean, Cruz Clark won the 1,600 meters (5:31.05) and 3,200 meters (13:21.69) while Brennan Kielar took the 110-meter hurdles (19.34) and 400-meter hurdles (1:03.81).

Riley Smith Mallon won the shot put (46-7.5) and discus (124-0) for the Marauders.
