Any athletes in grades 7-12 who are interested in joining the Fredonia/Westfield cross country team need to sign up on FamilyID and get clearance from the school nurse.

All runners will compete in each regular-season meet. Cross country is a sport that emphasizes improvement and competing against yourself. No prior running experience is needed.
