CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS, Pa. — Playing out of the Gold A Flight, Dale Melquist’s 79 gross topped the Asquith Senior Tour at Riverside Golf Course.

Other gross scores were Dave Wordelman 82 in Flight White A; Dennis Richards 82 in Flight Gold C; Dan Kelly 86 in Flight Gold B; Bob Lindquist and Steve Bialowski 87 in Flight White B; and Paul Dumaine 88 in Flight Gold D.

Using the modified Stableford scoring system, following are the first- and second-place finishers in each flight: Dave Wordelman 1 and Henry Johnson 0 in White A; Roger Overend 0 and Tom Nelson 0 in White B; Ray Lindquist 4 and Sam Allesi minus-1 in Gold A; Dan Kelly 4 and Mike Brown 1 in Gold B; Jeff Robinson 11 and Bob Welch 10 in Gold C; and John Depew 6 and Bob Kaverman 3 in Gold D.

Dennis Richards (No. 3), Dan Calkins (No. 6) and Henry Johnson (No. 11) were closest to the pin.
