Chautauqua Lake survives scare from Fredonia
MAYVILLE — Noli Paddock had 12 kills, Jeanine Group had 11 and Alice Scarpine had 10 as Chautauqua Lake survived a scare from Fredonia to win 23-25, 25-18, 25-13, 25-7 in nonleague action.
Scarpine had an ace and six digs; Group had a dig; Evie Woodis had two kills, two aces and two digs; and Paddock had 10 digs, two assists and six aces for the Eagles (9-1).
Fredonia (5-6) was led by Londyn Wilmot with 11 kills, two aces, two blocks; Elizabeth Saunders provided seven kills and nine digs, Madelyn Krakowiak made five kills and Alyse Bugaj had 21 assists and five digs.
Chautauqua Lake won the jayvee match.

SINCLAIRVILLE — Maddie Debo provided 10 digs, five kills, a block, five aces and 15 service points as Cassadaga Valley defeated Forestville 25-15, 25-20, 25-27, 25-18 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 4 action.
Helping the Cougars (8-5, 6-1) win their Pink Out game, Melanie Myles had 20 assists, six aces and 22 service points; Payton Meder scored six kills and two blocks; and Kailee Lacki had 10 digs.
Forestville (2-8, 2-5) was led by Elizabeth Case with five assists, two kills, two digs and a block; Iris Muck made four kills, an assist, two digs and four blocks; Olivia Valentine had six aces, an assist and two digs; and Emily Lillie added nine digs.
PIRATES EDGE WILDCATS
CLYMER — Elli Bodamer provided four kills, six digs, eight aces and a block as Clymer defeated Sherman 25-16, 21-25, 25-23, 25-13 in Division 4 play.
Olivia Dellamora picked 10 digs, two kills and an ace for the Pirates (8-6, 7-0).
Harleigh Faulkner contributed six kills, five digs and two blocks; Finley Mitchell had four aces, a block and four digs; and Maiya Dunnewold dealt nine assists, an ace and three digs.
Sherman (3-9, 3-4) was led by Emmersen Crawford with two aces, seven kills, three blocks and four digs; Madison Emory made three blocks, two digs and two aces; Carlie Gable had an ace, two kills and nine digs; and Caylee Pinzok scored five aces, three digs and 15 assists.
Clymer won the jayvees match.
PINE VALLEY RALLIES FOR WIN
NORTH COLLINS — Pine Valley rallied back to defeat North Collins 19-25, 23-25, 25-13, 25-23, 15-10 in Division 4.
Madi Robertson led the Panthers (1-11, 1-6) with an ace, 13 digs, 15 assists and four kills; Cameron Rinhart had six aces, 10 digs, eight kills and a block; Sandy Ivett had four aces, five digs, five kills and a block; and Ava West provided three aces, six digs and six kills.
North Collins fell to 2-11 overall and 2-5 in league.
