Last-minute goal lifts Dunkirk past Franklinville girls soccer 4-3

DUNKIRK — Aly Taft scored in the final minute to lift Dunkirk past Franklinville 4-3 in nonleague girls soccer action on Monday.
Chianti Lopez powered the Dunkirk (3-10-1) attack with a hat trick, while Jasiret Orsini and Natalia Watts picked up key assists.
Franklinville falls to 3-12-0 overall.

FALCONER — Gracie Chimera set up the first two goals in Falconer/Cassadaga Valley/Maple Grove’s 3-0 nonleague girls soccer victory over Frewsburg on Monday at Bill Race Field.

Sydnee Snow scored the first goal for the Golden Cougars (10-4-1) in the first half, while Mary Lundmark netted a pair of second half goals. Ellyson Baglia made four saves for the clean sheet.
Elysse Gruber made 13 saves for Frewsburg (12-2-1).
GATORS DOWN RED & GREEN
ALLEGANY — Kai Wojewoda-Ko scored a goal and picked up two assists as Allegany-Limestone defeated Jamestown 4-1 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 action.
Kennedy Honeck added a goal and an assist, while both Logan Potter and Molly John scored once for the Gators (6-8-2, 6-4-2). Kenna MacArthur made five saves in net for the victory.
Amy Noll scored from Kinsley Berg for Jamestown (1-14-1, 1-10-1) while JaLeiya Glover made 8 saves.
SATURDAY
FRONTIER EDGES RED & GREEN
JAMESTOWN — Reese Downey and Paige Sikorski both scored in the second half as Frontier edged Jamestown in a nonleague girls soccer game Saturday at Strider Field.
Kennedy Amodeo and Kadence Bianchi chipped in an assist apiece for the Falcons (12-1-1), who had Julia Ford and Sophia Cleary in goal.
For the Red & Green, Brielle Berg was credited with a second-half goal, which was unassisted. JaLeiya Glover was between the pipes and made seven saves.
