RANDOLPH — Syrai Johnson scored 21 points and Broden Brooks added 18 as Randolph improved to 9-0 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 3 boys basketball with a 63-41 victory over Silver Creek.
The Cardinals (14-2, 9-0) led 41-19 at halftime.
Gavin DeLong led the Black Knights (2-15, 1-8) with 14 points and Andrew Arnold added 12.

BROCTON — Roman Wassink scored 12 points, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked three shots as Clymer locked down Brocton 41-20 in Division 2.
Carson White provided another 12 points, three steals and a blocked shot for Clymer (13-6, 10-1). Kameron Einink had eight assists, four steals, four rebounds and a blocked shot; Elijah Mitchell grabbed seven rebounds and blocked three shots; and Bryan Gomez made three steals.

LEWIS HAS CAREER NIGHT
FREWSBURG — On Senior Night, Trent Lewis scored a career-high 31 points to go along with four steals, four assists and three rebounds as Frewsburg beat Portville 68-58 in Division 3 play.
The Panthers (6-11, 5-4) led 32-31 at halftime on the strength of eight first-half 3-pointers. Aidan DeFazio hit four and Kaleb Foster hit three.
But the Bears (8-10, 5-4) won the second half 37-26. Lewis scored 11 of his points and Isaac Hultberg had 6 during the third quarter.
Sophomore Drake Beckstrom had a career-high 13 points to go along with six rebounds, five assists and four steals; Hultberg had six assists, four rebounds and two steals; and Gavin Weaver and Xavier Munday had seven rebounds apiece for Frewsburg.
DeFazio led Portville with 19 points.

SWANSON HELPS WESTFIELD RALLY
WESTFIELD — Braylon Swanson scored 25 points, grabbed nine rebounds, made eight assists and had three steals to lead Westfield back for a 70-64 Division 2 victory over Maple Grove.
Grant Beadle had a double-double for the Wolverines (11-9, 8-4) scoring 10 points while grabbing 12 rebounds and blocking four shots. Noah Tuah had 13 points and three steals; Nolan Anderson made three assists; and both Logan Baum and Brayden Paddock collected four rebounds.
Maple Grove (6-13, 3-8) was led by Liam Colburn with 22 points, Aiden Dahlberg had 17 and Liam Price added 11.

GABEL SCORES GAME WINNER
CATTARAUGUS — Bransen Gabel scored on a putback as time expired to send Cattaraugus-Little Valley past Ellicottville 49-47 in Division 4 play.
The Timberwolves improved to 13-4 overall and 7-2 in league play with the victory. A win Friday at Forestville would split the league title with the Hornets.
Tucker Barrick led Cattaraugus-Little Valley with 14 points, Nyquon Boswell had 12 and Owen Wright had 10.
The Timberwolves led 32-19 at halftime before being outscored 28-17 in the second half.
AJ Myers led the Eagles (11-6, 6-3) with 13 points and Rylan Benjamin had 12.

FORESTVILLE — Blake Waterman provided Forestville with a double-double scoring 15 points, collecting 12 rebounds and picking up three steals as the Hornets rolled Pine Valley 71-27 on Senior Night to clinch at least a share of the Division 4 title.
