The Fredonia Hillbillies traveled to Jamestown on Friday and came away with a 21-7 victory over Jamestown in a flag football game at Strider Field. In photo above, Fredonia’s Emma Perry scores a touchdown and, in photo below, teammate Isabella Carmona stretches for the goal line for another TD. Quarterback Sophia Utegg completed 6 of 11 passes for 60 yards and the two touchdown strikes; Perry rushed for 96 yards on 13 carries and scored another TD, and Nora Polhamus added 41 yards on the ground. Defensively, Fredonia was led by Mikaela Sciarrino with seven flag pulls, while Peyton Krenzer (interception) and Megan Ivory (two tackles for loss and two sacks) added six apiece.
