Fredonia posts tennis win
WESTFIELD — Despite a forfeit, Fredonia secured a pair of singles victories and a doubles win to best Westfield 3-2 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Divison 2 boys tennis action on Tuesday.
Jackson Spengler and Elias Harper secured singles wins for Fredonia (4-3, 3-1), while the pair of Aaron Hartung and TJ Piede won first doubles.
Westfield (1-3, 1-2) won second doubles with quick work from Adam Eggleston and Roger Chagnon.

RED & GREEN WINS 5th STRAIGHT
LAKEWOOD — Jamestown swept doubles action and secured its fifth straight victory with a 4-1 decision over Allegany-Limestone in Division 1 action at the Lakewood YMCA.
Ethan Braun and Hayden Langford grinded out a win in first doubles, while both the pair of Samuel Mathis and Gavin Dietrich and Joseph Armeli and Geovany Brown were flawless in second and third doubles, respectively. Matthew Johnson added a win for the Red & Green (4-1, 4-1) in tiebreakers of second singles.
Etienne Marais won first singles for Allegany-Limestone.
