FALCONER — Brynn Helms and Skyler Norlander were both double-winners for the Falconer/Cassadaga Valley girls track and field team as they defeated Dunkirk 104-36 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 action on Tuesday.
Helms won both the 100 and 400-meter hurdles for the Golden Cougars at 18 seconds and 1:32.2, while Norlander claimed the long jump at 15 feet and 8 inches before taking the triple jump at 33-10.
Dunkirk boasted a pair of double-winners with Chianti Lopez taking both the 100 and 200 at 12.4 and 27.2, while Hanan Mohamad Narvaez won the 800 at 2:38 and the 1,500 in 5:28.

BLACK KNIGHTS GIRLS WIN, RANDOLPH BOYS TRIUMPH
RANDOLPH — A pair of triple-winners in Molly Shaw and Ingrid Gibson lifted the Silver Creek/Forestville girls past Randolph 82-57.
Shaw won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17 seconds, the 400 hurdles at 1:10.7 and the high jump at 4 feet and 6 inches, while Gibson claimed the triple jump at 31-4.5, the shot put at 34-4 and the discus at 109-2.5. Leah Mays was also a double-winner for the Black Knights, claiming the 800 and 1,500 at 2:40.1 and 5:29.7.
Serena Smith was a double-winner for Randolph, winning the 200 at 27.7 and the 400 in 1:02.4.
Rhys Kelly was a double-winner for the Randolph boys as they defeated Silver Creek/Forestville 85-55.
Kelly won the 1,600 and the 3,000 for the Cardinals in 5:27.7 and 12:21.8.
Nate Mays and Sam Bowers were both double-winners for the Black Knights with Mays winning the 110 hurdles at 15.4 and the long jump at 21-1, while Bowers took the 200 and 400 at 23.3 and 51.9.

SOUTHWESTERN GIRLS UPEND ‘BILLIES, FREDONIA BOYS WIN
FREDONIA — M’Kenzie Zavala and Makayla Johnson won a pair of events each to lead Southwestern past Fredonia in girls Division 1 action 93-47.
Zavala won both the 100 and 400 hurdles at 16.9 and 1:11.6, while Johnson won the discus with a throw of 118-0 and the shot put which did not have a final distance reported.
Winning a pair of events for Fredonia was Alyse Bugaj with the long jump and triple jump at 14-5.5 and 30-9.25, respectively.
The Fredonia boys edged Southwestern 72-64 with double-winners Nathan Keefe and Trenton Krenzer.
Keefe claimed the 110 hurdles and 400 hurdles for the Hillbillies with 16.1 and 1:04.9, while Krenzer went the distance in the 1,600 at 5:50.8 and the 3,200 at 12:22.0
