FREDONIA — The foursome of George and Pam Allessi and Pete and Amada Krakowiak were no match for the high temperatures as they scorched the front nine of the Vineyards Golf Course with a 6-under-par 30 in the Friday Night Couples League.

Pete Krakowiak drained putts of 10 and 20 feet to help the foursome stand alone in first place.

AJ and Laura Burnside along with their partners, Joe and Antionett Charletta carded a 33 to tie for second place with the foursome of Barry and Cathe Kilpatrick and Jeff and Tara Nelson.

Shooting an even round of golf and tying for third place were the foursomes of Larry and Judy Ebersole and Jon and Julie Ortendahl, and Rick and Sarah Kirchenwitz, who partnered with Blake and Jamie Radtke.

Judy Ebersole won closest to the American flag with the second shot on No. 2.

The Friday Night Couples League meets again on July 10 at the Vineyards.

FREDONIA — Ryan Golubski’s 36 led the A Division and Bob Welch’s 43 led the B Division during the Monday Night Vineyards Utility Golf League.

Also in the A Division, Tim Wozniak, Joe Sorci and Brian Manning had 37s; Keith Medley, Charlie Reinhardt, Bill Anderson and Chuck Nicosia had 39s; and John Lakas, Phil Maslak and Scott Hazelton had 40s. Skins were earned by Sorci at No. 12, Anderson at No. 13 and Manning at No. 15.

Also in the B Division, Lee Szalkowski, Dave Criscione, Rich Ryan and Bob Hannah had 44s while Jim Michaels, Bob Smith, Bob Cerrie and Jaime Galarza had 45s. Skins were earned by Ryan at No. 15, Hannah at No. 16, Galarza at No. 17 and Cerrie at No. 18.

Sorci was closest to the pin at No. 12 and Hannah was closest at No. 16.

CASSADAGA — Jason Anderson’s 32 paced the Tuesday Night Men’s League at Cassadaga Country Club.

Dan Tomaszewski fired the low net while Brian Kinney was closest to the pin at No. 15. Skins were earned by Scott Jagoda, with a birdie at No. 10, and Mike Lancaster, with a birdie at No. 17.

Other scratch scores included: Mike Botticello 33, Brad Kelly 34, Jagoda 35, Tim Bulger 36, Nick Stern 36, Fred Chamberlin 38, Rod Lind 38, Mike Hoffman 39, Lancaster 39.

FREDONIA — Joe Sorci shot a scratch 34 while Steve Lundine and Joey Tramuta had net 32s to lead the Gene Andolina League at the Vineyards Golf Course.

Other scratch scores included: Sam Allesi 36, Doug Grace 37, Jeff Nelson 37, Joe Tramuta 37, John Bongiovanni 38, John Lakas 38, Keith Medley 38, Mike Criscione 39, Bob Golubski 39 and Mike Willoughby 39.

Sorci earned scratch skins at Nos. 1 and 9, Golubski earned one at No. 4, Tony Destro earned one at No. 5 and Bongiovanni earned one at No. 7.

Handicap skins were earned by Sorci at No. 1 and Gugino at No. 2.

Phil Leone was closest to the pin at No. 5 and Bauza was closest at No. 9.
