Golden Cougars tie Maple Grove

ELLERY -- The Maple Grove and Cassadaga Valley/Falconer boys soccer teams battled to a 0-0 nonleague tie on Friday night.

Aiden Dahlberg made 13 saves in net for the Red Dragons (0-1-1), while Jackson Marsh kept the clean sheet for the Golden Cougars (0-1-1).

BLACK KNIGHTS ROLL

SOUTH DAYTON -- Ryan Cook scored two goals and made three assists to lead Silver Creek/Forestville past Pine Valley/Gowanda 8-0 in nonleague action.

Tucker Merritt added another two goals and an assist for the Black Knights (1-2-0), Christian Hatfield scored a goal and an assist, Lukas Charles, Cody Neubauer and Jacob Congdon scored once each and Aaron Cook made one assist.

Pine Valley/Gowanda 0-3-0 on the season.

EAGLES BLANK GLOBAL CONCEPTS

NORTH COLLINS -- North Collins had seven different goalscorers as it defeated Global Concepts 7-0 in nonleague play.

Cedrick Neri, Maddox Miller and Neven Sheehy scored and had an assist each for the Eagles (1-0-1), Cole Miller made two assists, Karter Bartholmew, Blake Schlenker, Mitchell Kehr and Talon Kane scored once each and Dmitri Schroeder made one assist.
