FALCONER -- Londyn Wilmot scored 26 kills, two aces, three blocks and had 10 digs as Fredonia defeated Falconer 25-11, 25-21, 22-25, 25-11 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 volleyball action on Tuesday.
Alyse Bugaj dealt 38 assists, two blocks and 12 digs for Fredonia (8-5, 8-2), Elly Saunders had seven kills, Bella Buckley made 12 digs and four aces and Maddie Krakowiak added four aces and three kills.
Falconer (2-13, 2-9) was led by Reagan Trask with 20 assists, seven aces and seven digs, Kaylee Green had 10 kills, six digs and two aces, Alexis Smith made seven kills, eight digs and two aces and Skyler Norlander provided seven digs, three aces and two kills.
JAMESTOWN SWEEPS OLEAN
JAMESTOWN -- Led by Aiyanna Stam, Jamestown downed Olean 25-21, 25-16, 25-18 in a Division 1 match.
Stam collected 19 kills and four aces, while Chloe Roberts added eight kills and 12 digs, and Maylin Cuifolo chipped in 32 assists.
The win improved the Red & Green's record to 8-4 overall and 6-4 in the division, while the Huskies dropped to 9-5 and 6-4.
MAPLE GROVE ROLLS BROCTON
ELLERY -- Zoey Foley had 10 kills, five digs, two aces and an assist to lead Maple Grove in a Division 3 sweep over Brocton 27-25, 25-18, 25-19.
Lucy Castro scored six kills and an ace for the Red Dragons (5-7, 4-5), Meg Ryan had seven kills, a block and an ace, Kendall Danielson made two aces and a kill, Annie Steffen scored three aces and a kill, Ariyah Brown pulled out five digs and Hailey Ullman had seven and Savannah Rambacher dealt 20 assists and two aces.
Brocton (2-11, 1-7) was led by Sha'Nah Adams with five kills, seven assists, eight digs and four aces, Paige Miller had three kills, four assists, six digs and an ace and Nevaeh Hebner added five digs and a kill.
TROJANS OUST PANAMA
WEST ELLICOTT -- Madelyn Burnett scored 12 kills, four aces and four blocks to lead Southwestern past Panama in nonleague action 25-13, 22-25, 25-20, 25-17.
Reagan Stutzman had nine kills and three blocks for Southwestern (8-8), Juliet Genareo provided seven kills and four digs, Anna Conley made eight digs and four aces, Elise Kartesz dealt nine assists and Ella Oldham added six assists.
Panama (5-9) was led by Mckenna Kolstee with 12 kills, five blocks, nine digs and an ace, Sophie Hummel had seven kills, Lilly Hyde provided eight kills, 15 digs and four aces and Annie Becker added 26 assists, six digs and an ace.
CARDS SWEEP WARRIORS
SALAMANCA -- Addyson Shawley scored 22 kills and six aces as Randolph swept Salamanca 25-15, 25-23, 25-20 in Division 2 action.
Aliza Hinda added 10 kills, three aces and a block for Randolph (7-7, 5-5), Tessa Brown made 10 assists and an ace and Sophia McCue had 25 assists.
Salamanca drops to 5-7 overall and 3-7 in league with the loss.
