FREDONIA — Ryan Kelly shot a 5-under 31, possibly the lowest high school round ever at Shorewood Country Club, as Fredonia beat Olean 34-21 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 boys action Tuesday.
