Stabbing incident occurs in Sinclairville

SINCLAIRVILLE — A Wednesday afternoon stabbing in the village of Sinclairville has two Jamestown residents facing criminal mischief charges.

On Wednesday, at approximately 12:43 p.m., deputies responded to Kent Street in the village of Sinclairville for a report of a stabbing victim.

Upon arrival, the victim stated that two individuals had broken into her home and stabbed her in the face before fleeing in a vehicle. The vehicle was located and stopped a short time later by the New York State Police in the town of Ellicott on Route 60.

Kylah M. Seiberg, 23 of Jamestown, and Jacob R. Graham, 18 of Jamestown, were taken into custody and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized arraignment.

Seibert was charged with second-degree assault, first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. Graham was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

The New York State Police also detained an additional male on charges unrelated to this incident.
