SINCLAIRVILLE — A Sinclairville man has been accused of possessing drugs while at a downtown park.

On Tuesday at about 8 p.m. Chautauqua County Sheriff deputies were performing an area check of the village of Sinclairville Park. While in the area deputies observed a suspicious subject in a vehicle. Through an investigation deputies allege that they discovered that Austin T. It was also alleged that Schwab had provided a child less than 17 years old with a controlled substance.

Schwab was taken into custody without incident and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.

Schwab was arraigned at the Chautauqua County Jail through the use of Centralized arraignment.
