FORESTVILLE — A Westfield woman is accused of burglarizing a house.

On Tuesday, around 1:50 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff deputies responded to an address in Forestville for the report of a residential burglary in progress. Deputies located 30 year old Jaralyn E. Majak of 67 Cass St. on scene. Deputies allege Majak entered the house without the permission of the owner to do so.

Majak was charged with second-degree burglary and placed into custody. She was then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program.

She will answer to her charge in The Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
