WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Catherine A. Tooley, 38, of Westfield, was charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Police received a complaint May 10 from a student that her bicycle had been stolen at the school. Camera footage from the school showed Tooley allegedly taking the bike. The bike was later returned to its owner.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ ELLINGTON — Kurtis J. Hagberg, 55, of Cherry Creek, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance — viewing a person engaging in sexual conduct, and acting in a manner that may cause injury to a child less than 17. A warrant was issued Tuesday for Hagberg, who allegedly used video surveillance to record individuals in private settings without their consent. Hagberg was located at an Ellington residence Wednesday and taken to Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned.

¯ POMFRET — Kirby A. Driggers, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies took a larceny complaint May 4 on Chautauqua Road in the town of Pomfret. It was reported that two unknown people stole a flatbed utility trailer from the victim’s property. Driggers was identified as a suspect following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in court later. Deputies were assisted by the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division and the Jamestown Police Department.

¯ SHERMAN — Jamie Ratzlaff, 56, of Sherman, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. Patrol received a call Friday of an altercation in Sherman, and an investigation found that Ratzlaff allegedly took and broke property. Ratzlaff is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ Whitney F. Blankenship, 35, of Wellsville, was charged with sex offender violation — failure to register. The Sheriff’s Office was notified that Blankenship, a registered sex offender, allegedly failed to verify her address with the state. An investigation found that Blankenship changed her address and failed to report the new address to the registry within 10 days. A warrant was issued and Whitney was picked up in Wellsville.

¯ Melissa Fox, 46, of Westfield, was arrested May 12 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Mary Lyons, 33, of Fredonia, was arrested May 13 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Matthew Cullen, 22, of Fredonia, was ticketed May 13 for an open container violation.

¯ Melvin Fred, 26, of Forestville, was arrested May 14 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Conor O’Brien, 26, of Lawrence, Kansas, was ticketed May 15 for open container and littering violations.

¯ Trevon Tripp, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 15 and charged with second-degree harassment.

¯ Eddy Sayyeau, 30, of Fredonia, was picked up May 22 on a bench warrant.

¯ Richard Alvarez-Luna, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 22 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Emily Wilder, 20, of Salamanca, was arrested May 23 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Lisa Barrett, 46, of Forestville, was arrested May 26 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Quentin Watts, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 27 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Robert Mercardo, 54, of Buffalo, was arrested May 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08% or more.

¯ Leanne White, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 30 and charged with trespass.

¯ Chase Jones, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 31 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Stephen Falkner, 33, of Fredonia, was arrested June 1 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Earl Stewart, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested Saturday and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Mary Holt, 21, of Fredonia, was arrested Sunday and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
