CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

≤ CLYMER – Todd Bowen, 60, of Corry, Pa., was charged with failure to use turn signal, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or higher. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday on Pekin Hill Road in the town of Clymer. An investigation found that Bowen was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

≤ RANDOLPH – Chance S. Renner, 34, of Randolph, was taken into custody after coming into contact with the Jamestown Police Department on Nov. 25 on an unrelated incident. It was learned that Renner had an active arrest warrant issued by Randolph Town Court. Renner was transported to Conewango Town Court for arraignment and then released. He is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

≤ Juan A. Tufino, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and nine counts of reckless endangerment. Tufino was observed inside a North Main Street store at 12:13 a.m. Thursday and was known to have an active warrant for his arrest. Tufino reportedly refused to comply but was eventually taken into custody after a brief struggle. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

≤ Jennifer M. Allen, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree burglary, petit larceny and two counts of harassment. Officers responded to a South Main Street store at 3:19 p.m. Wednesday for a larceny complaint. It was learned that Allen allegedly stole candy and decorative flowers despite knowing she was not allowed to enter the store. It was also discovered that prior to the larceny complaint, Allen reportedly struck another person in the face at a downtown address earlier in the day. Allen was later transported to jail, where she allegedly spit in an officer’s eye. She was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
