Numerous departments responded to a structure fire at 133 Lake St. in Brocton before 2 p.m. Companies assisting were Portland, Chautauqua County EMS, Brocton and Westfield. At least one person was reported to be rescued from the structure at the Crestview Estates Mobile Home Park. He was transported by ambulance to an Erie, Pa., Hospital for treatment. The Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team was requested for a origin and cause fire investigation. At this time, fire investigators are working with the New York State Police and the investigation is ongoing.
