Wesley Bartoo is suing Sharon Bartoo in the death of his father, William Bartoo, who was accidentally struck July 11, 2024, while depositing garbage into the pit at a county facility. He was hit by a vehicle driven by his wife, Sharon Bartoo. He died from his injuries July 30. Sharon Bartoo is not the mother of Wesley Bartoo.
