The Oaks Hotel in Jamestown is still for sale. Over the weekend, The Post-Journal and OBSERVER reported that Oaks B&B Hotel and Spiritual Center, Inc. had sold 1103 West Third St., Jamestown to Robert and Catherine Mayer for $345,000. According to Eric Anderson, a licensed real estate broker, the Mayers were the private lenders. Oaks B&B Hotel and Spiritual Center Inc. owed the Mayers $345,000 and was not paying on the mortgage, so the Mayers foreclosed on the property. It is listed for sale for $474,500.
