Dunkirk man busted twice in 6 hours

A Dunkirk man allegedly went on a mini-crime spree June 30, getting arrested twice in about six hours. At around 5:46 p.m., Dunkirk police reportedly responded to an East Fourth Street business over an unwanted subject. The person, Gabriel Soto, 33, of Dunkirk, fled before police arrived. There was an active order of protection mandating that Soto stay away from an employee of the business, who was working at the time. Soto was previously trespassed from the business as well.
