K9 catches two in burglary

SINCLAIRVILLE – Two north county residents were arrested in an overnight burglary. According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, investigators were notified of a burglary in progress Thursday around 12:30 a.m. on Moon Road. Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office K9 unit arrived on scene and located two individuals accused of stealing property. The two subjects were identified as Derek Saxton, 43 and Donald Tolbert, 51, both of Fredonia. Jamestown man arrested on multiple drug and gun charges

BUFFALO – U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross has announced that Richard Pearson, 47, of Jamestown, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute acetyl fentanyl, cocaine, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and aiding and abetting.
