GOWANDA POLICE DEPARTMENT ¯ Cory Brainard, 25, of Cattaraugus, was charged with expired inspection and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. On Dec. 19 just after 1:30 p.m., Brainard was stopped by patrol for operating a vehicle with an expired inspection. During this stop, patrol observed that Brainard’s inspection expired on Oct. 31.
