WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT ¯ Kyle T. Cambria, 23, of Portland, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or more and speed in zone. Officers stopped a vehicle at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday on Oak and Main streets for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Cambria was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
