Allen, 29, of Jamestown was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, second-degree imprisonment and second-degree harassment at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a person who said Allen had allegedly pinned her down, preventing her from leaving. The woman said Allen hit and bit her, causing physical injuries. ELLICOTT POLICE - Joseph A Ferino, 58, of Falconer was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree criminal mischief on Aug. 3 after Ellicott police responded to a domestic dispute where it is alleged Ferino physically fought with a person and damaged property. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Joseph R. Piazza, 42, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal tampering. Shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday, officers of the first platoon responded to an east side residence for a reported disorderly person complaint. Through investigation it was determined that Piazza tampered with the property of an elderly victim. Piazza was located a short distance away from the scene and taken into custody without incident. LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE Deana E. Jimerson, 51, was arrested after bench warrant was issued by the Busti Town Court after Jimerson allegedly took property from the Lakewood Walmart without paying. Jimerson was charged without incident, processed and released to be in Busti Town Court later. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE HANOVER - Dylan A. Foster, 33, of Silver Creek was charged with DWI, aggravate DWI (BAC .18% or higher) and moving from lane unsafely at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20. Two charged with possession of stolen guns

CARROLL - A complaint of someone firing guns too close to a home in Carroll resulted in charges against two Jamestown men. On Sunday, Carroll police officers responded to an address on Page Road for a complaint of firearms being discharged too close to a residence. Upon arrival, officers found two men identified as Jonathan Marrero Rosario, 20, and Joshua D. Tolliver, 23, both of Jamestown, each in possession of handguns.
