LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE Deana E. Jimerson, 51, was arrested after bench warrant was issued by the Busti Town Court after Jimerson allegedly took property from the Lakewood Walmart without paying. Jimerson was charged without incident, processed and released to be in Busti Town Court later. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE HANOVER - Dylan A. Foster, 33, of Silver Creek was charged with DWI, aggravate DWI (BAC .18% or higher) and moving from lane unsafely at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20. Foster will be in Hanover Town Court later.

Two charged with possession of stolen guns

CARROLL - A complaint of someone firing guns too close to a home in Carroll resulted in charges against two Jamestown men. On Sunday, Carroll police officers responded to an address on Page Road for a complaint of firearms being discharged too close to a residence. Upon arrival, officers found two men identified as Jonathan Marrero Rosario, 20, and Joshua D. Tolliver, 23, both of Jamestown, each in possession of handguns. Gowanda man facing new child porn charges

A Gowanda man who was previously arrested for child pornography has been arrested again. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Wednesday that 40-year-old James Mitchell was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with receipt, distribution and possession of child pornography, which carry a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Todd Dellahoy Jr., 28, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers on patrol saw Dellahoy Jr. riding a bicycle knowing he had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Dellahoy Jr. was charged without incident, and officers reported allegedly finding Dellahoy Jr. in possession of fentanyl. Dellahoy Jr. was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned. A Jamestown man has been sentenced for his guilty plea involving drug charges. District Attorney Jason Schmidt announced Monday that 33-year-old Jamal Jackson was sentenced to a total of 6 years in state prison with 5 years of post-release supervision by Judge David W. Foley after being convicted of fourth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Shakira L. Cuevas-Garcia, 23, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and other violations. At approximately 4:05 a.m. Sunday, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of East Second Street and Hopkins Avenue. A subsequent investigation revealed that Cuevas-Garcia was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Cuevas-Garcia was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
