Majak, 36, were both charged with first-degree criminal contempt, while Tundo was additionally charged with second-degree harassment and Majak was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Wednesday. It is alleged that both Tundo and Majak were involved in an altercation around 5:40 p.m. at 12168 Alleghany Road and they both knowingly and intentionally violated an Order of Protection. Borst, 35, of 6645 Prospect Station Road, Mayville was charged Tuesday with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Around 3:45 p.m. deputies responded to a stolen motor vehicle that the Jamestown Police Department had located. Borst was transferred to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. GARAGE SUSTAINS MINOR DAMAGE IN FIRE A small fire Monday afternoon caused minor damage to a garage in the city of Dunkirk. Firefighters report at 4:54 p.m., they were dispatched to a possible garage fire behind 765 Washington Ave. Firefighters found a small fire on the exterior of the garage that extended to the interior of the structure. The fire was reported and partially extinguished by a neighbor. Firefighters performed overhaul, checked for extensions, and extinguished the rest of the fire using water cans. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Zachary A. Hernandez, 32, of Lakewood, was charged with riding a bicycle on a city sidewalk and resisting arrest. At about 1:13 p.m. Saturday, officers attempted to stop Hernandez for a local city code violation in the area of Mckinley Avenue at Park Street.
